📋 Booking & Payment Policy

  • To confirm your booking with Mr Photography, an advance payment of 15% to 50% of the total package amount is required, depending on the event and package selected.
  • A minimum of 75% of the total payment must be completed the event day.
  • The remaining  balance must be paid after the completion of the event and before the final delivery of photos/videos.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are eligible for a refund only if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the booking date.
  • After the 7-day period, advance payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • In case of event postponement, rescheduling will be subject to availability.
